These terms apply to every order placed on aunstore.com, operated by AUN (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and colors can look slightly different on different screens. Specifications may be updated as models are improved.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are added at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.

You will receive an email when we receive your order. A contract is formed when we confirm and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly shown in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

We ship worldwide. Delivery charges, timelines, tracking and customs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

AUN projectors come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. How claims work and what is covered is explained on Warranty & Support.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Please keep your account and billing details accurate and up to date, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. Text, images and logos on this site belong to AUN or its licensors.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
